What I'm Doing

Research field : Explainable AI

In graduate school, I'm working on developing a white-box machine learning model. Recently, I developed a web application for visualization of my model using Flask. Now I'm trying to improve the accuracy of the model. The current goal is to present my work at an international conference by the end of my master's degree.

Language: Improving English skills

I love English, as I have a TOEIC score of 930. I use an app called ELSA to speak English every day to improve my speaking skills, and I watch BBC and CNN every day to improve my listening skills.

Financial field : Studying financial engineering

I took a class on financial engineering in graduate school, which triggered my interest in the financial field, and I am still studying it. In the first semester, I took a class that aimed to derive the Black-Scholes formula using the martingale approach. Now (fall semester), I am studying interest rate models (HJM, Hull-White, LIBOR market).

Technology: Broad study of CS field

In order to become a good engineer, I am studying a wide range of subjects, not limited to my own major(machine learning). Especially in the first semester, I took a class on information security. Studying homomorphic encryption, post-quantum cryptography, and other advanced cryptography was particularly interesting.
